Sue Eva

Sue was born and completed her formal education in Cape Town, South Africa. Her background and many years of work in graphic design is influential in her work which displays a strong design aesthetic. Sue's work is an exploration of the memory we place in objects and their relationship to our personal histories and journeys.

Her work has a considered, intimate form and combines a stillness and an intimation of time - past and present that allows us quiet moments of contemplation.

Her work is primarily still life using acrylics on canvas with a subtle and serene colour palette.
