Anita Revel
Anita Revel’s art practice is underpinned by vibrant colours and symbolism representing positive states of being. Anita uses colour, texture, pattern and movement, to bring her work to life. She also creates larger-than-life-size dreamcatchers, and was a finalist in the Castaways Sculpture Awards (Rockingham) last year.
There are a lot of things that make her heart sing, but beauty is the common thread. She creates beauty in order to be surrounded by beauty.
Anita prefers to work in acrylics, beginning each project with a beautiful word or affirmation in mind, and letting that vibration infuse itself into each piece.
